Pastelão da Brigada – Carne e Gorgonzola

Um verdadeiro Pastelão. Dois sabores. Carne e queijo.

Uma singela homenagem a Brigada Militar, que está acabando com um dos maiores clássicos mundiais: o Grenal.

Aqui segue uma receita de pastelão super fácil feita pela Manuele Tres.

Você vai precisar de :
– massa de pastelão;
– 150g de queijo gorgonzola;
– 200g de requeijão;
– 300g de carne moída;
– 1 colher de sopa de manteiga;
– 1 dente de alho picado;
– 1 cebola média;
– 2 colheres de sopa de molho shoyo;
– sal e pimenta à gosto;
– 1 gema.

Como fazer:
Primeiro vamos preparar o recheio:
Frite na manteiga, alho e cebola até dourar. Acrescente a carne moída.
Por fim shoyo e a quantidade de pimenta conforme sua preferência.

Carne moída pronta, vamos para a montagem do pastelão:
em uma forma coloque a metade da massa ao fundo.
Distribua sobre a massa o queijo gorgonzola picado.
Sobre ssa base adicione a carne moída e após o requeijão.
Feche o pastelão e pincele a superfície com a gema.
Faça recortes ou furos na massa para respirar afinal estamos com o recheio praticamente pronto.

Leve ao forno, 180 graus por 15 minutos e temos uma massa folhada crocante com um recheio saboroso.

  1. Modéstia a parte, é um delícia, além de ser muito fácil e rápido de fazer…. E o mais legal é que dá pra variar o recheio sempre, já fiz a versão Calabresa, Cogumelos, alho poró, frango e uma espetacular: camarão!
